The Sr. Product Design Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters.  This position is responsible for taking products from concept through production under aggressive timelines. This position requires knowledge of molding, plastics, soft goods and printing basics and have a strong focus on the design, aesthetic elements and manufacturability of products.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in industrial or mechanical design/engineering is desired from four-year college or university; and at least 5 - 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requires knowledge of molding, plastics, soft goods (not required but a plus), printing basics and have a strong focus on the design and aesthetic elements.  A strong understanding of the manufacturability of products and the production process.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and SolidWorks.
