Hassle-free returns
We hope you love what you’ve ordered. However, if you are not 100%
satisfied with your purchase, please return your order for a full refund
within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. Returns must be new,
unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories,
instruction guides and labels. Clothing items must be unworn. Domestic
return shipping is free. The cost of the original shipping is not
refundable.
This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on
Munchkin.com. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be
returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the
retailer’s return policy for full instructions.
Please note that we are only able to refund shipping charges if we sent
the wrong item or the item sent was defective. The return value is
determined by the last retail price of the item.

When contacting our Customer Satisfaction Team for a return please ensure you are ready to provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Billing and/or Shipping Address of the Order
- Munchkin.com Order Number (ex: 100XXXXXX)
- Phone Number
- Item and Quantity You Wish to Return
- Reason for the Return
Once your item is returned, we will issue a credit to the original payment method for the item’s
purchase price, including tax (if applicable), but excluding the original
shipping charge. Please allow 2–4 weeks for the credit to appear in your
account.
Returns will be processed between 5–15 business days from us receiving the
product.
Damaged or defective items
If your items are received damaged or defective please follow the steps outlined in the Hassle-Free Return Policy and indicate if you would like a refund, or replacement item.
- If you request a refund, the original shipping cost will be refunded in addition to the cost of the item and sales tax (if applicable).
- If you request a replacement item, it will be shipped to you without any additional charges.
Personalized item returns
Once a personalized order is completed and has shipped, the order cannot
be canceled or returned for refund due to the nature of the product. All
sales of personalized items are final. We recommend reviewing your order
details carefully before submitting your order.
If your personalized item is defective or has been produced incorrectly,
please reach out to our Customer Satisfaction team for assistance.
Product bundle item returns
Due to the nature of the products, individual items from product bundles
(e.g. gate configuration, gift basket, gift set, etc.) must be returned as
whole bundles. Individual items within a bundle are unable to be returned.
If you wish to return product bundle purchased on Munchkin.com please
reach out to our Customer Satisfaction team for assistance.
Milkmakers® returns
Due to the perishable nature of the Milkmakers® cookies, crisps, bars, teas,
nausea relief drops, and balms, please carefully select your purchases as
all sales are final.
Refunds cannot be provided for Milkmakers® cookies, crisps, bars,
teas, nausea relief drops, and balms purchased on Munchkin.com.
This policy only applies to Milkmakers® cookies, crisps, bars, teas, nausea relief
drops, and balms that have been purchased on Munchkin.com. Products
purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place
of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full
instructions.

In some instances, a return of the items will be required. If our Customer
Satisfaction Team determines a return of the items is required you will be
provided with a pre-paid UPS return label, via email, within 24-48
business hours. Once your items are returned you will receive replacement
of the returned items within 1-2 business weeks.
Items returned without being processed and/or requested for return by the
Customer Satisfaction Team cannot be provided with a replacement.
Munchkin, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change,
modify, add or remove portions of this Return and Shipping policy, at any
time. It is your responsibility to check this Return and Shipping policy
periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following the
posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
