A. The organizer can be hand washed in cold water and allowed to line dry.

A. Hold the rinser against your child's forehead and gently pour the water to rinse off shampoo and soap.

A. Clean the suction cups with alcohol solution and a little water and try again.

Wait until you have filled the tub to the desired level for your baby before placing the Star Fountain in the tub. Nudge it slightly and it will begin spinning.

A. The best way to clean the Wet Wheels is to rinse them with warm water and wipe dry before storing.

Q. Why does my Corner Bather Organizer fall off my shower wall?

A. The organizer may fall off of your shower wall if the wall and/or suction cups have not been cleaned properly. Make sure that the wall and suction cups are free of any mildew by using mild soap and water.

Q. How should I clean the Bubble Ducky Spout Guard?

A. Hand wash with warm soapy water and rinse. Be sure to air dry.

Q. How does the Safety Baby Bath Cradle indicate that the water is too hot for my baby?

A. There is a White Hot Safety Disc which will turn white if the water is too hot (approximately 104°F / 40°C and above). If it turns white, mix in cold water until the dot turns blue again before placing baby on the cradle.

A. Rinse with clean water and squeeze out excess water (do not wring). Prop cradle upright or on its side to air dry. Allow to completely air dry before storing.

A. Always remember to place the Safety Bath Ducky in the tub before allowing child in water. Let Safety Bath Ducky sit for one minute. If the safety disc spells “HOT”, bath is too hot for baby (approximately 103-104 F/39.4-40C). Allow water to cool down or add cold water until the original color returns to safety disc, indication a safe bathing temperature (approximately 98F/36.7C).

Q. Can I use a pump to inflate the Inflatable Safety Duck Tub?

A. For best results inflate by mouth or use a low pressure pump. DO NOT OVER-INFLATE. Do not use high-pressure compressor or pump.

A. Clean with sponge using mild soap and water. Do not use detergent or bleach. Allow to completely air dry before storing.
