Munchkin "Win a Gift Basket" Sweepstakes Official Rules

No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. HOW TO ENTER: The Munchkin "Win a Gift Basket" Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins on August 1, 2008 and ends on October 31, 2008 (the "Promotion Period").Log on to www.munchkin.com/pinkgiftbasket to access, complete and submit your entry form. The link will prompt you to enter online by following the instructions. All entries must include your name, contact phone and email address. Limit one entry per household.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To participate in the promotion, you must be a legal resident of United States, 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and any of their respective parents, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, their advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and any individual or entity directly involved in this Promotion, as well as any of the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as any of the aforementioned (whether related or not), are not eligible to win a prize.

3. DRAWING: Winner will be determined in a random selection process to be conducted at or about November 10, 2008 by Sponsor from all eligible entries received by 12:00 midnight (EST) on October 31, 2008.

4. PRIZES: There are five (5) Grand Prizes. Each Grand Prize consists of a gift basket filled with approximately a total value of $100 worth of Munchkin baby products. All federal, state and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted. Winners will be notified by email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, that individual may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at random from among all of the remaining eligible entries. Limit one (1) prize per name, address and/or household.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in this Promotion, participants agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; and (b) that the decisions of Sponsor and the judges are final on all matters relating to this promotion. Sponsor not responsible for electronic, network or computer malfunctions or other technical errors of any kind. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible or misdirected for any reason, including by reason of software, hardware, browser or network failure, malfunction or congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor's servers or elsewhere. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or otherwise in violation of the rules. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet Service Provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Prize winners may be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity/Liability Release within seven (7) days of notification. Noncompliance, failure to return documents with 7 days, or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. Winners grant to Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and those acting pursuant to its authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, address (city & state), portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration, unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize offered, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all actions and/or liabilities for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death or disability, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, prize related activity, or participation in this sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prizes or in the administration of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.

6. CHOICE OF LAW. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict of law doctrine. By entering the sweepstakes, all participants agree to be subject to jurisdiction in the Federal and State courts of California and agree that all disputes relating in any way to this sweepstakes must be resolved in the Federal and State courts of California.

7. WINNERS LIST. The names of the winners will be posted at www.munchkin.com/pinkgiftbasket after November 10, 2008.
