Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping: All orders will be processed and shipped according to the following schedule:
This schedule is followed during our regular business hours of 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time Monday – Friday.
· Orders placed before 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time - Shipped Same Day
· Orders placed after 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time - Shipped Next Business Day
· Weekend and Holiday Orders - Shipped Next Business Day
*Free 3-5 day shipping applies to any Nursery Fresh item purchased. If additional items are purchased with a Nursery Fresh product, you will have the option to choose your desired shipping rate for the entire order. The cost of 3-5 day shipping for the Nursery Fresh item will automatically be excluded.
We provide the following shipping methods for your convenience:
· UPS Standard Delivery: 3-5 Business Days
· UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days
· UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day
· USPS Standard Delivery: 5-10 Business Days *Only available for shipments weighing less than a pound.
An additional 9.75% sales tax will be charged to California residents.
Munchkin.com orders can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Once your order has shipped a confirmation will be sent to you via email along with a tracking number if you selected UPS delivery. Tracking numbers are not available for USPS Standard delivery.
Cancelation: If would like to cancel your order please contact our Consumer Relations team for assistance. Orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have shipped.
Munchkin.com Hassel Free Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your order for a full refund of the item cost within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns must be new, unused, in the original packaging and include all accessories, instruction guides and labels. Clothing items must be unworn. Domestic return shipping is free. The cost of the original shipping is not refundable.
This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on Munchkin.com. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions.
To process a return, please follow these easy steps:

2. Provide your order information and a printable pre-paid return label will be emailed to you.
3. Print and attach the return label to the original shipping packaging and follow the instructions provided with the label to return the item to Munchkin, Inc.
4. Once your item is returned, we will issue a credit to the original payment account for the item’s purchase price, including tax (if applicable), but excluding the original shipping charge. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for the credit to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your items are received damaged or defective please follow the steps outlined in the Hassle Free Return Policy and indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement item. If you request a refund, the original shipping cost will be refunded in addition to the cost of the item and sales tax (if applicable). If you request a replacement item, it will be shipped to you without any additional charges.
