"I ♥ My Munchkin" Sticker Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. HOW TO ENTER: The "I Love My Munchkin" Sticker Contest (the "Contest") begins on June 1, 2006 and ends on December 31, 2007 (the "Contest Period"). During the Contest Period, eligible contestants are invited to submit photos of where they have placed the "I Love My Munchkin" bumper sticker available in select Munchkin(R) products. Three different stickers are available, in sizes small, medium and large (bumper), but only the large (bumper) size is eligible for the Contest. All photographs of the large (bumper) sticker placement submitted for judging ("Entries") must be submitted online and must include your name, contact phone, mailing address and email address. Large (bumper) stickers may be obtained by the purchase of selected Munchkin(R) products or by sending a self-addressed, postage pre-paid envelope to: Munchkin, Inc., 16689 Schoenborn Street, North Hills, CA 91343 Attn: Sticker Request. Large (bumper) stickers will be available while supplies last. There is no limit to the number of entries made by each eligible contestant but only one prize may be awarded per name, address or household. Sponsor not responsible for electronic, network or computer malfunctions or other technical errors of any kind. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To participate in the Contest, you must be a legal resident of United States, 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and any of its respective parents, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and any individual or entity directly involved in this Contest, as well as any of the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as any of the aforementioned (whether related or not), are not eligible to win a prize.

3. DRAWING: Photographs will be judged by representatives of the Sponsor on originality, creativity and quality. All decisions of the judges are final. Odds of winning based on number of entries received. Winners will be selected each month from the pool of submissions received prior to judging. Submissions received but not selected as winners will be included in the next month's judging.

4. PRIZES: There are thirty (30) Grand Prizes. Each Grand Prize consists of a Munchkin(R) product of the judge's choosing. The total value of each Grand Prize is approximately between $3.99 - $9.99. All federal, state and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted. Winners will be notified by email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, that individual may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at random from among all of the remaining eligible entries. Limit one (1) prize per name, address and/or household. Sponsor reserves the right to award additional prizes in the event of a tie or otherwise.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in this Contest, participants agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; and (b) that the decisions of Sponsor and the judges are final on all matters relating to this Contest. Prize winners will be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity/Liability Release within seven (7) days of notification. Noncompliance, failure to return documents with 7 days, or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. Winners grant to Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and those acting pursuant to its authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, address (city & state), portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration, unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize offered, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all actions and/or liabilities for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death or disability, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, prize related activity, or participation in this sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prizes or in the administration of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.

6. CHOICE OF LAW. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict of law doctrine. By entering the sweepstakes, all participants agree to be subject to jurisdiction in the Federal and State courts of California and agree that all disputes relating in any way to this sweepstakes must be resolved in the Federal and State courts of California.

7. RIGHTS TO USE PHOTOGRAPHY. Winners' photos, along with their first name, last name initial, city and state of residence will be posted on munchkin.com. By submitting a photo, the contestant irrevocably assigns to Sponsor all right, title and interest in the photo (including, without limitation, the copyright or other intellectual property interest) in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, anywhere in the world, with the right to make any and all uses thereof, including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. Photographs will not be returned to the contestant. Photographs may be sold, distributed, used, exhibited, donated, auctioned, and/or displayed by the Sponsor (including, but not limited to, reproduction, use and display on the Website), and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Sponsor upon completion of the Contest, all without compensation to the contestant.

8. WINNERS LIST. The names of the winners will be posted at www.munchkin.com following the completion of the Contest.
