2 tbsp hempseed or ground flaxseed
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup milk (we recommend whole milk)
1 Yummy Spoonfuls Stage 2 Only Sweet Potato, Carrot & Broccoli (defrosted)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350° and line the bottom of a rectangular tart/quiche pan with parchment paper. You can also use a small sheet pan or even a loaf pan.
In a large bowl mix rolled oats, oat flour, cranberry, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and hemp seed or ground flaxseed.
In another bowl whisk milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and Yummy Spoonfuls Sweet Potato Carrot & Broccoli until smooth.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients bowl and mix until it is well blended.
Using a spatula spread batter into pan. If you are not using a tart/quiche pan make sure it is not too thick.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes until it is firm to the touch.
Take out of the oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack to completely cool down then cut into squares.

Note: We suggest using a 13-3/4″ x 4 3/8″ x 1″ high tart pan and cut into 8 squares.
