Please read these rules before entering Munchkin, Inc. “Lenny Pearce” (the “Giveaway”). You agree that, by entering this Giveaway, you will be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules (the “Rules”) and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Giveaway eligibility requirement. By entering the Giveaway, you consent to being placed on an email mailing list for promotional and other marketing materials from Munchkin, Inc. You may opt-out of these communications at any time. Information about how to opt-out will be included in all promotional emails and can also be obtained by visiting http://www.munchkin.com/privacy-policy/.

Sponsor. This Giveaway is sponsored by Munchkin (the “Sponsor”). Munchkin, Inc. is located at 7835 Gloria Ave Van Nuys, CA 91406.

Eligibility. This Giveaway is limited to legal residents of the United States of America (“US”) and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and all other US territories, commonwealths and possessions, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, all of which are not eligible). Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or of the age of legal majority in your State of residence at the time of entry, whichever age is greater. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor or the partnering companies directly connected with the creation and/or administration of this Giveaway, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Timing. The Giveaway will run from 9:00 a.m. PT on September 25, 2026 to 10:00 p.m. PT on November 22, 2026.(the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Giveaway.

How to Enter.

There are two ways to enter the Giveaway.

Option 1:

1. Attend a Lenny Pearce show in the United States.

2. Scan the QRC at a kiosk located inside the venue for the show.

3. Fill out the entry form on munchkin.com.

Option 2:

1. Visit munchkin.com and go to Munchkin x Lenny Cup PDP.

2. Scan QRC on PDP to be directed to Giveaway landing page.

3. Fill out entry form on munchkin.com Giveaway page and select any show date.

There is a limit of one entry per show date.

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s plays and that entrant may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant.

Prizes are $100 Gift Codes that each have an ARV of $100. Each Gift Code is redeemable at Munchkin.com and may only be used in one transaction. A credit will not be given for any unused portion of a Gift Code. The total ARV of the Prize package for this Giveaway is $10,500 USD.

Prize Drawing for Participants. At each Lenny Pearce show held in the United States, three (3) lucky Potential Winners will randomly be chosen from the Giveaway submissions received that day based on the Rules. Each Winner will receive one (1) One Hundred Dollar ($100) Gift Code to Munckin.com.

All Potential Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided with their submission. If a Potential Winner does not respond within thirty (30) days of being contacted or refuses to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release when requested, the Potential Winner forfeits the prize and a new Potential Winner will be chosen and notified based on the Rules. This process will be repeated as necessary until all Prizes have been awarded based on the Rules. All Prizes will be fulfilled approximately one (1) month after the conclusion of the Giveaway. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received at the end of the Giveaway Period.

Winners’ List. The Winner List will be compiled after the Winner’s confirmation process is complete and will be made available upon express written request. Publicity. By participating in the Giveaway, each Winner consents to granting Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates and those acting pursuant to its authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the Winner’s name, address (city & state), portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration, unless prohibited by law.

Release. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for: (1) technical delays or failures of any kind, (2) unauthorized human intervention during any part of the Giveaway, (3) technical or human error during the administration or processing of the Giveaway, (4) lost, late, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries of any kind, or (5) any loss, injury, or damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading data or otherwise participating in the Giveaway. By entering into this Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action including, but not limited to, injuries, losses, costs, or damages of any kind, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

Additional Terms. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway or, as determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in Los Angeles, California. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of California and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of California. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Giveaway and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
